Ticketing for bus and group tour operators
Bus and group tour operators are provided with three possibilities to procure group admission tickets:
- Ticket purchase at the pay window (no discount)
- Order and forwarding of 50 tickets or more (without marketing agreement): fixed 10% discount
- Order and forwarding of group admission tickets (with marketing agreement), minimum purchase of 50 tickets: basic discount; as of 500 tickets: quantity discount scale

In the framework of the marketing agreement, bus and group tour operators receive an initial, specific quantity of admission tickets. Charging is done at the end of the tour. Subsequent deliveries act to supplement the initial inventory and are to be paid by the reseller with a due-date of 10 days based on the attached delivery note.
A maximum ticket allotment in the amount of the initial inventory can be returned free of charge at the end of the BUGA.

All transfers with the shuttle bus between the sites in the grounds, inclusive.

Children aged 6 – 14;
School classes and two accompanying teachers;
Persons supervising kindergarten groups (4 supervisors per group);
Schoolchildren over the age of 14 with student ID;
Students upon presentation of their student ID;trainees upon proof of status; students of technical and vocational colleges upon proof of status
Concessions:
Persons completing military or community service; severely disabled persons; recipients of Unemployment Benefit II or other basic social benefits; senior citizens aged 65 and over
Groups:
