A broad spectrum of offers is also on hand for the visitors.
Daily from 9 AM to sundown. Visitors remaining on the grounds after sundown do so at their own risk. Not all areas of the site are illuminated at night. The grounds can be exited at all times through turnstiles.
Entrance areas:
Two main entrances with pay windows are available for visitors: at the Kurfürstliches Schloss and on the Ehrenbreitstein fortress plateau. Side entrances are found on the Rheinpromenade, at the Deutsches Eck as well as at the fortress’s Felsentor.
The group entrance area is on the fortress plateau.
Infrastructure:
Sanitary facilities are distributed throughout the entire BUGA grounds. In addition to good parking areas, the free shuttle service provides with an easy way to reach the individual sectors. Central info points and a routing system give you a good orientation and guide you through the entire BUGA grounds. Hostesses happy to answer all your questions can be found everywhere on the grounds.
No barriers:
The BUGA Koblenz is open to everyone and is practically barrier-free. People with disabilities, but also, for example, parents with baby buggies, have unobstructed access to all areas of the exhibition. Suitable facilities, like disabled parking spots and handicapped accessible toilets, are on hand; the gastronomical areas are appropriately adapted as well. Special provisions are available for those with encumbered vision, hearing and mobility; personnel trained especially for that purpose are on hand.
